Delivery

We ship industrial automation spare parts worldwide by DHL, FedEx and UPS international express.

Shipping costs are quoted separately based on the delivery city, postal code and destination country.

For in-stock items, we can usually arrange shipment shortly after payment is received and all order details are confirmed.

For repair or replacement orders, we can also help confirm photos, model numbers and shipping details before dispatch.

Warranty

New parts are usually supplied with a 12-month warranty.

Tested used or refurbished parts may be supplied with a 3-month warranty, depending on the product condition and agreement before order.

Please confirm the model number, nameplate or photos before purchase to avoid mismatch.

Returns

If the product is incorrect due to our mistake, or if a confirmed quality issue occurs within the warranty period, please contact us in time.

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution according to the product condition, warranty terms and shipping situation.
