We ship industrial automation spare parts worldwide by DHL, FedEx and UPS international express.
Shipping methods and costs are quoted separately based on the delivery city, postal code and destination country. The available shipping option will be confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice before payment.
For in-stock items, we can usually arrange shipment shortly after payment is received and all order details are confirmed.
After the goods are shipped, we will send the tracking number and carrier information so you can follow the shipment status online.
We understand that urgent repair and replacement work can be time-sensitive. For available stock items, we will try to arrange express shipment as soon as possible after payment and order confirmation.
Final delivery time depends on the courier service, destination country, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
If you would like to use your own shipping account or freight forwarder, please contact our sales team before payment.
Please provide the carrier name, account details, service level and pickup instructions in advance.
If you choose your own carrier or forwarder, the shipment risk and any delivery issues after pickup should be handled between you and your shipping company.
Import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees and any other destination charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please make sure you understand the import requirements in your country before placing the order.
If you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
