All quotations are based on the product model number, brand, quantity, condition, availability and delivery information provided at the time of enquiry.

Prices, stock status, product condition and lead time may change before order confirmation.

An order is only confirmed after the quotation or proforma invoice is accepted, payment is received, and all necessary order details are confirmed.

If there is any difference between website information and the confirmed quotation or proforma invoice, the confirmed quotation or proforma invoice shall prevail.

We try to provide accurate product model information, descriptions and availability details.

However, industrial automation spare parts may vary by model version, suffix, condition, stock source and manufacturer update.

Customers should confirm the full model number, nameplate, photos, quantity and application details before purchase.

Product photos, descriptions or website information are for reference unless specifically confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.

All orders require full payment before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We usually accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and other agreed payment methods.

Payment details, bank charges, transaction fees or platform fees will be confirmed before payment where applicable.

Shipment will not be arranged until payment is received and order details are confirmed.

We ship industrial automation spare parts worldwide by DHL, FedEx and UPS international express, or by other agreed shipping methods where applicable.

Shipping costs are quoted separately based on the delivery city, postal code and destination country.

Delivery time depends on product availability, payment confirmation, courier service, destination country, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Any delivery date or shipping time is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees and any other destination charges are the buyer's responsibility.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported and used in the destination country or region.

We may provide shipping documents based on the confirmed order details, but customs clearance requirements may vary by country.

New parts are usually supplied with a 12-month warranty.

Tested used or refurbished parts may be supplied with a 3-month warranty, depending on product condition and agreement before order.

Warranty terms must be confirmed before order.

Warranty does not normally cover problems caused by incorrect model selection, wrong installation, misuse, external damage, improper storage, unauthorized repair, or damage during transport after delivery.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Returns without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

If the item received does not match the confirmed model or order details due to our mistake, or if a confirmed quality issue occurs within the agreed warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide order information, product photos, nameplate photos, packing photos and a clear description of the issue.

The return process and final solution will depend on product condition, order details, warranty terms and shipping situation.

Once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed, cancellation may not always be possible.

If the product has already been sourced, tested, packed, shipped or specially arranged for the customer, cancellation may be refused or related costs may apply.

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Our responsibility is limited to the product supplied and the terms confirmed before order.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, production downtime, loss of profit, installation costs, third-party repair costs, or other consequential losses caused by product use, delay, incorrect installation or customer-side selection issues.

Customers are responsible for checking product suitability before purchase.

We may update or correct website information at any time without prior notice.

If any website information conflicts with the confirmed quotation or proforma invoice, the confirmed quotation or proforma invoice shall prevail.

Official order details, payment information, shipping details, warranty terms and special agreements should be confirmed in writing through quotation, proforma invoice, email or other agreed written communication.
